How does your pricing work?

Our pricing plans are billed per user and require no contracts to be signed. They include all taxes, fees, and surcharges which other phone providers typically charge extra for. We offer multiple pricing options and you may cancel at anytime. We believe our product should help you sell more or we do not deserve your business. More details.

Can I keep my existing phone number(s)?

Yes! We can seamlessly transfer your existing phone numbers to Kixie with no service interruption at all. We handle the process entirely for you so it is quick, easy, and completely painless.

Do you have different plans?

We have different plans that grow with your business. Your unique plan depends on what countries you call and which features you would like to use. Whether you need, 1 phone or 500 phones, we have you covered.

What if I go over my monthly minutes?

We offer unlimited minutes plans for US and Canada otherwise minutes are billed according to the current rates.

What are the per minute fees if I go over?

How much do Text Messages messages cost?

Inbound Text Messages are free of charge and the cost of outbound Text messages depends on where you are texting too. They are typically very affordable and start a $0.007/message ($7 for every 1000 messages). If you would like more information, please email support@kixie.com

Can I make changes to my plan?

Yes. You can add or remove phones at any time.

How does the trial work?

You have 7-days to trial our software, and see what a smarter phone system can do for you. If you don't think it is as great as we do, then cancelling is simple. Simple as that.

Why is your phone service more expensive than company XYZ?

When you really dig into the pricing of our competition you'll find lots of hidden fees. We have transparent pricing with no contracts. Most of the other phone services also do not integrate with the software you love. Honestly, the other phone services are lazy.
